 Mission Hill Psychology provides individual virtual psychotherapy services to adults aged 18 and over (Alberta), 19 and over (British Columbia).We see individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, work-life balance, adjustment to new careers and relationships, and individuals struggling with self-confidence and self-esteem.
