How I work as a psychologist

My Clinical Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based psychology. My approach focuses on understanding the patterns that contribute to burnout, emotional exhaustion, and chronic stress, rather than simply managing surface-level symptoms.

I work with clients to develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable coping strategies that support long-term wellbeing. Treatment is tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

Burnout Expertise

Stress Management and Work-Life Balance

My clinical work has contributed to the development of one of the first known clinical treatment models for burnout syndrome used in practice.

I work at the intersection of clinical psychology, education, and consulting. I am the founder of a burnout consulting firm. I am also a CPA-approved sponsor for continuing education for psychologists.

This dual focus allows me to bring both depth and practical insight to my clinical work, particularly for professionals navigating complex demands, responsibility, and long-term pressure.

Who I Help

Professionals

You appear successful on the outside, but feel exhausted, disconnected, or under constant pressure. I help professionals restore balance, clarity, and a sense of control—without sacrificing performance or identity.

Burnout + Chronic Stress

You feel depleted, overwhelmed, or emotionally numb, often tied to work demands or prolonged stress. Together, we address burnout at its root and build sustainable recovery using evidence-based treatment.

Adults Needing Change

You’re seeking clarity, emotional resilience, and a healthier relationship with work and life. Therapy focuses on long-term wellbeing, self-understanding, and lasting personal growth—not quick fixes.
